I have been to many Muay Thai and MMA training facilities in the twin cities. Minnesota Top Team has been my favorite place to train by far! Wether your goal is to fight, stay in shape, learn self-defense, or enjoy the sport, MTT has the best facilities and staff around. MTT has 5 huge rooms for each discipline and two for strength and conditioning alone! Their boxing, jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai staff are not just experts in their discipline, but they are true COACHES! As a Varsity coach myself, I can tell you this is what separates MTT from the other schools-their ability to design and relate skills and knowledge to meet each students individuals goals.
I began training here last year in Muay Thai with the hope of developing enough skills to get one fight before I got too old. As a 36 year old, it was a huge challenge for me to compete with the young bucks both physically and mentally, but Mike, Alex and Jeremy got me prepared and I have had two now! For me, it was truly a life changing experience that I will never forget!
Like every student that trains here, I love MTT and will promote the heck out of it as much as I can- its never too late to get started!
