Some quick announcements and upcoming events for everyone to participate in.
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: MTT will be closed all weekend. There will be regularly scheduled a.m. CrossFit classes and noon Boxing and CrossFit classes but the gym will be closed at 1pm on Friday May 27th, all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday 5/28-5/30. Regular gym schedule resumes on Tuesday 5/31/16.
Summer is here and that means lots of fun team events for everyone to get involved in. Here are a few:
This weekend, 5/20-22/2016 MTT CrossFitters Julian, Austin, Mallory and Clarissa will all be competing in the Mankato Game Day Challenge. This is a weekend-long event and we'd love to see people out there supporting them! Game Day Mankato details
Memorial Day Murph: Monday 5/30/16 in Excelsior MN. This is a CrossFitevent but is open to anyone interested. You can do this workout alone, RX, Scaled or partner with someone. If you are looking for a partner to do this with talk to Jeff Culhane! He's got a list and will pair people up. If you don't want to do this grueling workout please still come out that day to cheer everyone on - it's a fun atmosphere for a great cause. Tough Mudder July 16, 2016. This is a 10 mile, 18 obstacle mud run. MTT Boxer Tom Motzel is putting together a team of die hards to conquer this run so if you'd like in on the action get with Tom and then get signed up. Tom: 612-234-7108, firstname.lastname@example.org Link to Tough Mudder details.

HOCKEY & LACROSSE TRAINING starts in just one month! MTT Summer Hockey Camp This is off-ice strength and conditioning training for ages 13-18 high school hockey and lacross players. June 15 - August 17, Mon/Wed/Fri, 2-3pm. This is tough training and designed for those looking for serious gains in strength, speed and agility over the summer.
