We opened our doors at MTT CrossFit in Eagan today and invited everyone, their brother and the whole town of Eagan. When you attempt to pull something like this off, it's not easy to get the word out. Some of our existing CrossFitters were there to help demonstrate and participate in the WODs we set up. Jeremy lead the group, along with our instructors Jeff and Jo, and everyone was given an overview of CrossFit and how the workouts are different than anything else, how CrossFit is the sport of fitness and part of the fun is the long journey of constantly varied exercises with slow and steady improvement in fitness over time.

Afterwards we briefly discussed the Paleo way of eathing right and everyone was treated to fresh fruit and veggies, Spark energy drinks, $25 coupon towards a CrossFit membership, and a chance to win prizes ($50 towards a membership, drink shakers, key chains) from MTT. Winners will be announced on Monday!
